Perimeters

Overview:

Perimeters is a site-specific exhibition by Naama Tsabar that transforms The Bass Museum into a playable instrument, blending sculpture, sound, performance, and architecture. Tsabar’s interactive installations explore themes of destruction and reconstruction, amplifying feminist and queer narratives while inviting active participation from visitors and performers.

Collaboration Details:

Key Partners: Naama Tsabar (artist), The Bass (museum)

Mediums/Elements: Sound, Movement, Dance, Architecture, Sculpture, Voice

My Role: As one of eight performers in Perimeters, I collaborated on a 32-minute original piece using Tsabar’s playable sculptures. As a string player, I utilized a bow and acoustic techniques on deconstructed guitars, as the audience was guided through the interactive performance across three immersive rooms.
